Job summary

Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals for a remote role to assist with destination research, coordinate travel reservations, and maintain accurate travel records while supporting clients throughout the planning process.

This position is performed remotely via online platforms and emphasizes excellent communication, organization, and reliable internet connectivity. Prior travel industry experience is helpful but not required, with onboarding provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms.
• Provide helpful travel information and destination recommendations based on client preferences.
• Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
• Review reservation details to ensure accuracy before final confirmation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Support clients with travel-related questions before and after reservations are finalized.
