Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist with destination research, coordinate reservation requests, maintain travel records, and support clients throughout the planning process.

This position is performed remotely using online communication and reservation platforms. Ideal candidates excel in communication, stay organized, and can work independently from a home workspace.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the location of the job.
• Previous travel, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences for clients.
• Coordinate travel reservations and verify booking details with suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide destination recommendations based on client interests and travel planning needs.
• Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
• Review reservation details for accuracy before final confirmation.
• Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.
• Assist clients with travel questions before and after reservations are finalized.
