Hallford Travels is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Support Specialist to assist clients with travel questions, coordinate arrangements, and provide support throughout planning. This role emphasizes friendly service, strong communication, and reliability in a fully remote environment.

You will handle inquiries about cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotels, respond to questions, confirm reservations with suppliers, and maintain accurate booking records while staying current on promotions

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with email, online platforms, and basic computer tools.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and a positive, professional communication style.
• Previous experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients planning travel.
• Assist with researching and coordinating travel options including cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotel accommodations.
