Rudyb Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Representative to support clients through every stage of their travel journey. You will act as a trusted contact from initial booking through post-trip follow-up, delivering a seamless and personalized experience in a client-facing role.

This position emphasizes attention to detail, service orientation, and a passion for travel, hospitality, and exceptional customer experiences in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms promptly.
