Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and gather information about destinations, dates, interests, priorities and budget.
• Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions and other options based on requests.
• Coordinate services through approved resources and organize confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details.
• Communicate important updates, respond to client questions, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and stay informed through destination and supplier education.
