Qualifications

• Background in customer service or related client-facing fields is helpful.
• No prior travel industry experience required; training provided.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S., U.K., or other qualifying region.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new client inquiries and gather travel needs information.
• Learn traveler priorities, dates, interests, and budget.
• Research accommodations, destinations, cruises, transportation, activities, and packages.
• Present choices clearly to clients and explain options.
• Help clients organize selected vacation components and reservation details.
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange travel services and confirmations.
• Keep clients informed about dates, payments, and next steps.
• Respond to questions and provide timely assistance during planning.
