Job summary

Hopes Global Getaways is seeking a motivated Client Relations Travel Consultant to work remotely with travelers worldwide. You will understand vacation preferences, offer tailored recommendations, and coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements to create smooth planning experiences and confident, informed clients.

No prior travel industry experience is required; we provide structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing development to help you succeed in a flexible remote setting.

Qualifications

• Interest in customer relations, hospitality, travel, tourism, or service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their travel interests and objectives.
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation opportunities.
• Recommend travel options that align with individual preferences, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist with arranging lodging, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages.
• Provide support throughout the travel planning and reservation process.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate travel details with supplier partners and vendors.
• Monitor reservation status, confirmations, itinerary updates, and client requests.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and organized travel records.
• Stay informed about industry trends, destination updates, and special promotions.
• Deliver exceptional service designed to create long‑term client relationships.
