Job summary

Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team. You will assist with destination research, coordinate booking requests, maintain travel records, and support clients throughout the planning process.

This remote role relies on online communication and reservation platforms, requiring reliable internet, self-motivation, and strong attention to detail. Prior travel or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and email.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the location where the position is offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with suppliers.

• Review reservation information for accuracy before final confirmation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
