Unique Escapes is seeking a Remote Client Service & Success Specialist to support clients from inquiry and planning through booking and post-trip follow-up. You will be a trusted contact for questions about destinations, resorts, flights, and travel packages.

You will maintain accurate client records, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve issues promptly. The role emphasizes client care, proactive communication, and a collaborative team culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning travel booking platforms and CRM.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace.

• Serve as primary contact via phone, email, chat, and social media.
