Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to discuss vacation interests, preferences, schedules and budgets.
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, packages, transport and experiences.
• Develop personalized travel recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Arrange reservations and coordinate services using approved supplier systems.
• Prepare itineraries, confirmations, documents and pre-travel information.
• Assist with booking modifications and special travel requests.
• Review reservations for accuracy prior to departure.
• Follow up to provide updates, reminders and ongoing assistance.
• Maintain organized client records and communications logs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver outstanding support.
