Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking organized, client-focused individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Client Services Specialist. You’ll assist clients with researching vacation possibilities, coordinating requested services, and keeping planning information organized throughout the process.

This beginner-friendly role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive onboarding, and ongoing training. No travel industry experience required, with support from a collaborative virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Gather information about each client's destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and package options using approved resources.
• Help coordinate selected arrangements and maintain organized confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Stay in contact with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard adjustments when needed.
• Review client and booking information for accuracy, maintain current records, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier services.
