Open to newcomers to the industry with training provided. You will assist clients at various planning stages, coordinating services and keeping trip details organized.

• Research accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate services through approved suppliers and reservations.
• Keep trip details, confirmations, and schedules organized.
• Provide timely updates on deadlines and required information.
• Ensure accuracy of traveler and reservation details.
• Follow up when additional decisions or information are needed.
• Assist with routine service requests or adjustments.
