Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that designs vacation experiences worldwide. As an Independent Travel Consultant, you will research options, provide recommendations, coordinate arrangements, and support clients throughout the planning process in a fully remote setting.

This beginner-friendly training, access to supplier platforms, and flexible part-time or full-time scheduling empower you to grow in travel sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Comfortable researching and evaluating information online.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email and internet-based applications.
• Willingness to learn reservation systems and supplier platforms.
• Reliable, resourceful and eager to develop new skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Residency in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico or other qualifying regions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify vacation goals, schedules, preferences and budgets.
• Research destinations and evaluate available vacation products and services.
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, excursions, transportation and packages.
• Develop recommendations based on client priorities.
• Provide clear information on accommodations, inclusions, promotions and booking requirements.
• Coordinate arrangements through supplier and reservation platforms.
• Prepare and organize confirmations, schedules and itinerary information.
• Monitor reservation dates, payment deadlines and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with clients during research and planning.
• Review reservation details for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with general questions and routine booking adjustments.
• Maintain organized records of client communications and arrangements.
• Continue expanding knowledge of destinations, suppliers and products.
