Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking dependable, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Remote Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation-related questions, research available options, help coordinate requested services, and provide consistent support throughout the planning process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and follow-up responsibilities.
• Comfortable researching information and comparing available options.
• Willingness to learn online tools, supplier resources and digital platforms.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with clients to understand preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests and needs.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation and other services via approved resources.
• Organize arrangements including reservations, confirmations, schedules and itinerary details.
• Provide responsive customer care by answering routine questions and updating clients.
• Review client and reservation information for accuracy, track dates and maintain records.
