Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Full-Service Travel Agent to join our remote Travel Contact Center. This 100% work-from-home role lets you plan and book memorable domestic and international vacations while delivering exceptional service to Members and non-Members.

You’ll handle phone, email, and web chat, earn monthly incentives, and work a schedule that includes one weekend day. Join a team that helps travelers explore the world.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Travel school graduates encouraged.
• At least 2 years of leisure travel sales experience.
• Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing, GDS, and online tools.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning.
• Excellent communication, customer service, sales and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced high-volume contact center.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book domestic and international vacations, including customized FIT itineraries.
• Assist Members and non-Members through phone, email, and web chat.
• Recommend destinations, travel products, and AAA benefits based on traveler needs.
• Stay informed about promotions, destinations, and industry trends.
• Process travel reservations per ARC regulations and AAA policies.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel products to enhance the experience.
• Meet sales and performance goals while delivering excellent service.
• Resolve travel issues and assist with itinerary changes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow Travel Contact Center Associates.
