AAA Club Alliance is seeking a fully remote Full-Service Travel Agent to plan and book domestic and international vacations for Members and non-Members, via phone, email, and web chat. You’ll build lasting client relationships and stay updated on promotions and destinations.

The role offers paid virtual training, a comprehensive benefits package, and PTO beyond the first year. All schedules follow Eastern Time, with weekend shifts and paid training.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leisure travel sales experience.
• Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing, GDS, and online booking tools.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning.
• Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and book domestic and international vacations, including customized itineraries.
• Assist Members and non-Members via phone, email, and web chat.
• Recommend destinations and AAA benefits based on traveler needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends.
• Process travel reservations in compliance with ARC regulations and AAA policies.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products.
• Meet sales and performance goals while delivering excellent service.
• Resolve travel-related issues and assist with itinerary changes.
• Mentor Travel Contact Center Associates when needed.
