Job summary

KCSARC is seeking a Trauma Therapist to deliver evidence-based treatment to survivors of sexual assault, ages 6 through adulthood, including CBT modalities like CPT, Prolonged Exposure, and TF-CBT. The role blends in-person and telehealth services, with some evenings/weekends as needed and travel to satellite sites.

The position emphasizes equity, professional boundaries, and collaboration, with weekly supervision and cross-departmental training to support staff in handling secondary trauma.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 2 years clinical experience.
• Licensed in Washington State (Associate License acceptable).
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with trauma-focused CBT approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Clinical Assessments.
• Maintain caseload of 20-25 clients; provide 20 hours/week of face-to-face services.
• Provide individual or group trauma-specific therapy to children/adolescents and their families.
• Provide therapy to adult victims; crisis intervention; documentation in system.
