Job summary

International Rescue Committee seeks a Mental Health Advocate in Seattle to support survivors of trafficking through the WARN program. You will provide one-on-one psychosocial support, psychoeducation, and group sessions, while coordinating care and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities include crisis support, referrals, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure program quality and evaluation. Evening/weekend travel may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant social services field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong intercultural communication abilities with diverse groups.
• Proficient computer, email, and office skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support and health navigation referrals for clients.
• Coordinate and facilitate WARN program groups and psychoeducation sessions.
• Document client interactions and program activities; support data collection and evaluation.
• Attend team meetings and trainings; support program quality and compliance.
