Job summary

Real Escape From The Sex Trade (REST) seeks a Crisis Intervention Advocate in Seattle, WA to provide short-term advocacy and stabilization for survivors in crisis. The role involves field-based support, housing coordination, and coordination with REST’s teams to ensure safety and access to resources.

The position requires compassionate, trauma-informed practice, strong communication, and the ability to manage a caseload of up to 20 survivors within a 30-day stabilization window.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing advocacy, case management, crisis intervention, housing navigation, or survivor services.
• Ability to work in a mobile, field-based advocacy role and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong communication, safety planning, and trauma-informed practice skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of up to 20 survivors and provide up to 30 days of advocacy.
• Coordinate emergency housing, transportation, and access to services.
• Develop individualized 30‑day stabilization plans with survivors and support transitions to ongoing REST services.
