Modivcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Maine to serve as the first point of contact for members, resolving questions accurately and promptly. You will coordinate transportation services and document interactions to promote positive health outcomes.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume and data entry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
• Obtain and document details of customer complaints and concerns.
• Ensure all relevant customer information is accurately documented.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment, with possible night/weekend/holiday shifts.
