Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for members, resolving questions and coordinating transportation services. This remote role requires PA residency with routine training and on-camera presence for the initial 30 days.

Candidates should have 0-2 years in a high-volume contact center, be proficient typists, and able to work nights or weekends as part of a 24/7 schedule. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain data integrity.
• Provide polite, professional, and courteous service at all times.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center with possible holiday coverage.
