Modivcare is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Maine. You will be the first point of contact, assisting members with transportation questions, scheduling trips, and documenting interactions to ensure quality care.

The role supports a 24/7/365 contact center with potential night/weekend shifts; high-speed internet and private workspace required. Prior call center experience is preferred and typing speed of 35 wpm is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and follow complex instructions.
• Accurate typing at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedules, modifies, and cancels reservations as requested.
• Obtains and documents details of customer complaints and concerns.
• Maintains accurate trip data entry and documentation.
• Participates in required meetings and adheres to company policies.
