The Transportation Coordinator develops and oversees two programs, Trail by Reach and Reach in Motion, ensuring safe, efficient logistics and customer support. You will assist participants in using Lyft and related tools, coordinate schedules, and manage rider data while coordinating with drivers and providers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities.
• Proficiency using digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and mobile applications.
• Ability to learn and navigate Lyft, county waivers, and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and operations of Trail by Reach and Reach in Motion transportation programs.
• Communicate with riders, caregivers, and drivers to confirm logistics and maintain a reliable transportation experience.
• Submit rider lists to third-party providers and manage changes or cancellations.
• Ensure eligibility requirements and conduct assessments for Trail by Reach riders.
• Assist participants with setting up Lyft accounts and using the Lyft app.
• Monitor Lyft Pass allocations tied to county waiver budgets for compliance.
• Respond to ride-access issues and technical support as needed.
• Track and document program metrics and service delivery outcomes for reports.
• Maintain up-to-date rider and funding records and logistics documentation.
• Complete monthly billing in Procentive.
• Collaborate with departments to align transportation with schedules and needs.
• Provide training or informational materials related to transportation services.
• Report to Transportation Manager.
