You will coordinate routes, rider communications, and driver scheduling to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role emphasizes compliant operations, documentation, and collaboration with departments while supporting participants with Lyft and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of Trail by Reach and Reach in Motion transportation programs.
• Communicate with riders, caregivers, and drivers to confirm logistics.
• Submit rider lists to third-party providers and manage changes.
• Ensure eligibility and conduct assessments as needed.
• Assist participants with Lyft accounts and app usage.
• Monitor Lyft Pass allocations tied to county waivers.
• Address ride-access issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Document usage, metrics, and outcomes for reporting.
• Maintain rider and funding records and logistics documentation.
• Complete monthly billing in Procentive.
• Collaborate with other departments to align services.
• Provide training materials related to transportation services.
• Report to Transportation Manager.
