Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Adjuster to work from a home-based arrangement resolving commercial transportation claims, including first party property, heavy equipment, and cargo on a multi-state basis.

Reporting to the TPA Supervisor, the role requires 3+ years of experience, an active Texas All Lines Adjuster License or reciprocal with ability to obtain Texas license, and strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling commercial transportation and/or auto liability claims.
• Active Texas All Lines Adjuster License or reciprocal license with ability to obtain Texas license.
• Demonstrated ability to review and apply policy coverages with attention to detail.
• Strong time management, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Analyze and apply coverage on routine and complex claims
• Adjudicate claims in an expeditious and professional manner
• Set and maintain diaries and/or tasks
• Complete client reporting in a timely manner
• Control loss adjustment expenses as well as manage reserves
• Document all correspondence, reports, discussions, and decisions in the claims management system
• Complete multi-page reports for each claim
