Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• PE licensure is preferred or required depending on jurisdiction.
• Experience with high‑voltage transmission line projects and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Develop initial project execution layouts and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, conduct meetings, and manage project resources.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and safety standards are followed.
• Mentor staff and support business development activities.
