Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the transition lifecycle from discovery through stabilization. You will coordinate data migration, lease abstraction, reporting, and training for global teams, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and high-quality client service across diverse US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease).
• Strong time management and ability to work independently, preferably remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project team accountability to scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Provide quality control within the database during onboarding.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train junior transition resources.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transition projects.
• Maintain templates and playbooks, including RACI charts.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of rental obligations during onboarding.
