Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields would be advantageous.
• Experience with multiple real estate database applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Track and manage timelines, scope, and budget.
• Provide quality control within databases during onboarding.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration systems.
• Mentor junior transition resources and ensure knowledge transfer.
