Equipment Depot Inc. seeks a seasoned Program/Project Manager to drive enterprise-wide initiatives alongside the Regional Vice President. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build project plans, and monitor performance to support long-term strategic goals.

The role emphasizes financial and operational analysis, risk mitigation, and clear communication with stakeholders across corporate and field levels. Expect 75% remote work with periodic travel to office as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dynamic business experience; management consulting highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to data & analytics platforms (PowerBI) and exposure to Project Management tools (MS Monday).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, managing, and leading enterprise-wide projects to support long-term strategic goals.
• Conducting financial and operational analysis to help determine opportunities to increase profitability (i.e., increase revenues, reduce costs, increase efficiencies, etc.).
• Developing project plans and monitoring project performance.
• Communicating complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders, to include corporate and field level stakeholders.
• Working collaboratively with data and analytics team to develop and manage critical reports and dashboards.
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop strategic presentations.
