Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC, the nation’s largest Financial Management Service provider, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise transformation initiatives. You will plan and manage cross-functional projects, align business and technical needs, and drive milestones across ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification required.
• Equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and progressively responsible project management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree where applicable.
• Seven or more years of progressive project management experience, including at least three years leading full-lifecycle implementations of large-scale ERP platforms — ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, CRMs (i.e. MS Dynamics Contact Center, Salesforce) or comparable multi-application integration environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive, cross-functional project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Direct multiple concurrent technology projects, tracking milestones, managing change requests, coordinating activities, and ensuring alignment with priorities and standards.
• Conduct project evaluations, document lessons learned, and promote adherence to PM methodologies and best practices.
• Lead project teams through complex initiatives, creating structure and driving collaboration in ambiguous situations.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders, engaging senior leadership to maintain momentum.
• Mentor project managers and strengthen cross-department collaboration to meet commitments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; optimize capacity and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
