Guild Mortgage Company seeks a Program Manager, EPMO to drive a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. You will lead discovery through execution, establish governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to enable strategic decisions and scalable delivery.

The role focuses on early-stage discovery, solutioning, and research to improve efficiency, data access, automation, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or enterprise transformation.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage tech ecosystems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal reporting authority.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise transformation workstream from discovery through execution.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures and reporting processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across business, product, engineering, operations, data, and external partners.
• Drive discovery, research, solutioning, and operational assessment activities.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project managers and teams.
• Facilitate strategic discussions and executive reviews for prioritization.
• Support modernization, automation, AI enablement, and scalable delivery initiatives.
• Utilize Jira and Smartsheet to manage execution and visibility.
