Job summary

Del Oro Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to support planning and execution of a large-scale growth and transformation program. You will coordinate priorities, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, and facilitate program meetings with leadership.

The role requires proven PM experience on complex initiatives, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Asana or Workfront. This is a remote engagement aligned to EST/CST hours with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager on complex enterprise initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Experience with Asana, Workfront, or similar project management platforms.
• Remote work arrangement with EST or CST schedule.
• Ongoing consulting engagement with hourly rate of $60–62.
