Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Production Training Support Specialist to assist with communicating training materials and resolving system issues for the VA VR&E RES. This fully remote role will support customers across the United States and require clear, patient instruction and strong problem-solving skills.

You will become the subject matter expert on RES, deliver virtual training sessions, collaborate with clients and team members, and help ensure accurate application of program guidelines while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or commensurate training experience.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Strong relationship building and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail.
• Self-directed and proactive, anticipating learner questions and customer needs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Office 365 (Teams and SharePoint) experience; AGILE experience preferred.
