GovCIO is hiring a Production Training Support Specialist to assist with communicating training materials and solving system issues for the VA VR&E RES. This fully remote role in the United States requires delivering interactive, virtual technical training sessions and maintaining SME knowledge of RES.

The position emphasizes effective communication to both technical and non-technical learners, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, or commensurate experience with training and support systems and 5-8 yrs of experience.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple language
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong organization skills and time/priority management
• Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail
• Self-directed and proactive, anticipating learner questions and customer needs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsabilidades

• Communicate complex ideas in easy-to-understand terms to technical and non-technical learners
• Maintain subject matter expertise on system platform and updates
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to client and internal team questions
• Participate in system enhancement meetings as SME on updates
• Analyze data discrepancies and report root causes to management
• Research and resolve customer requests related to RES
• Provide production support for RES ensuring accurate interpretation of guidelines
• Create training materials based on customer support needs
