Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Production Training Support Specialist to assist with communicating training materials and resolving system issues for VA VR&E Readiness and Employment System (RES). This role will be fully remote within the United States.

You will become a subject matter expert on RES, deliver interactive virtual training, support clients and colleagues, and create training materials based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or commensurate experience with training and support systems and 5–8 yrs.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple language.
• Strong relationship building and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with attention to detail.
• Self-directed and proactive, anticipating learner questions and needs.
• Knowledge of adult learning and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Communicate training materials clearly and resolve client questions.
• Serve as subject matter expert on the RES system and updates.
• Deliver interactive virtual technical training sessions.
• Collaborate with clients and team members at all levels.
• Create training materials based on customer support needs.
• Provide production support for RES and interpret program guidelines.
• Analyze data discrepancies and report findings to management.
