Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Production Training Support Specialist to assist with communicating training materials and solving system issues for VA VR&E RES. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires strong training delivery skills and SME knowledge of the RES platform.

You will deliver interactive virtual sessions, build training content, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or commensurate experience.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple language.
• Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Self-directed and proactive with knowledge of adult learning.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex ideas in easy-to-understand terms to both technical and non-technical learners.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on the RES system and its changes.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve client questions.
• Participate in system enhancement meetings as subject matter expert on updates.
• Analyze data discrepancies and report findings to management.
• Research and resolve RES-related customer requests.
• Provide production support for RES, ensuring proper interpretation of guidelines.
• Create training materials based on customer support needs.
