StoneEagle is seeking a motivated Training Specialist to join our Client Support team. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities as you learn our software and training program and lead remote training sessions for automotive technicians, advisors, and managers.

You will develop skills in training, software, communication, and automotive technology while collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging virtual training sessions using established materials.
• Learn StoneEagle software and become a trusted resource.
• Help customers understand how to use StoneEagle applications effectively.
• Adapt training approach to different personalities and experience levels.
• Communicate clearly with automotive technicians, advisors, and managers.
• Keep training sessions focused and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Training Support and supervisory teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Share ideas and feedback to strengthen the training program.
