Job summary

StoneEagle is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Trainer to conduct training sessions for automotive technicians, advisors, and managers using our training guide. The role emphasizes remote training, strong communication, and collaboration with the Training Team, ensuring productive outcomes and knowledge transfer.

Ideal candidates will adapt to diverse learners, manage learner data in Google Sheets, and master the managers' dashboard while supporting the Training Support group.

Qualifications

• Previous training experience, preferably automotive/technical.
• Experience delivering remote training to diverse learners.
• Ability to communicate clearly and foster collaboration with the Training Team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions using the provided guide to ensure understanding of the software.
• Adapt to various training settings and maintain open trainee communications.
• Manage customer information within Google Sheets.
• Become proficient with the managers' dashboard and conduct recap meetings.
• Support the Training Support team and collaborate with leadership.
• Be punctual and take on additional duties as assigned.
