Job summary

BSI is seeking a Training Solutions Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand the North American market, and lead a dispersed sales team from a remote US location. This leadership role focuses on strategy, forecasting, and client satisfaction while aligning with marketing and operations.

You will mentor a high-performing team, establish KPIs, and oversee GTM initiatives to deliver measurable improvements for clients and the business.

Qualifications

7+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the training or professional services industry.
Expertise in sales forecasting, performance analysis, and pipeline management.
Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams and driving collaboration and problem-solving.
