Job summary

DNV is seeking a motivated Training Sales & Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and sell our training programs to corporate and individual clients. This role can be remote from anywhere in the Continental U.S.

You will drive revenue by connecting customers with tailored learning solutions and collaborating with trainers, operations, marketing, and certification sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience selling professional services or related solutions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, including presentation and negotiation.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% per year, mainly to trade shows and conferences in the US.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of public and private training sales across North America.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking and existing client relationships.
• Identify client training needs and recommend learning solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with trainers, operations, marketing, and certification sales teams.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer data in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support growth.
