Job summary

DNV seeks a Training Sales & Business Development professional to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and sell our training programs to corporate and individual clients across North America. This remote role empowers you to drive revenue growth by connecting learning solutions with client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years selling professional services, strong English communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 10% annually.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience selling professional services, training, consulting, or related solutions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, including presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% per year, primarily to trade shows and conferences in the U.S.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of training sales across North America.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
• Identify client training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with trainers, operations, marketing, and certification sales teams to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information within CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
