Job summary

DNV is seeking a motivated Training Sales & Business Development professional to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and sell training programs to corporate and individual clients. This role can be remote from anywhere in the Continental U.S., offering hybrid/remote flexibility and included benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience selling professional services, training, consulting, certification, or related solutions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills including presentation and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of public and private training sales across North America.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
• Identify client training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with trainers, operations, marketing, and certification sales teams to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information within CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.
