Job summary

DNV is seeking a Training Sales & Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and sell our training programs to corporate and individual clients across North America. This role can be remote from anywhere in the Continental U.S.

You will drive revenue growth by connecting customers with learning solutions that meet their needs. Requirements include 3+ years in selling professional services, strong English communication, CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience selling professional services, training, consulting, certification, or related solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills including presentation and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of training sales across North America.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
• Identify client training needs and recommend learning solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with trainers, operations, marketing, and certification sales teams to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information within CRM systems.
