Job summary

Gracegetawaystravelllc is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a remote team environment. You will enjoy teaching others, communicating clearly, and organizing information to help teammates build confidence as they learn new skills and systems.

You will collaborate with team leaders to coordinate virtual training sessions, answer questions, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable teaching, explaining, or presenting information to others.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Patient and supportive approach when working with individuals at different experience levels.
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with online platforms and digital tools.
• Reliable follow-through and attention to detail.
• Experience in training, education, leadership, coaching, onboarding, or team development is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions
• Help team members understand processes, tools, resources, and systems
• Provide guidance and follow-up as individuals progress through training
• Organize training materials, resources, and educational content
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities
• Answer questions and direct team members to resources
