Job summary

Gracegetawaystravelllc is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a remote team. The role suits someone who enjoys teaching, clear communication, and organizing information to help others gain confidence with new skills and systems.

You will assist with onboarding, coordinate virtual training sessions, and help teammates understand processes, tools, and resources.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to teach, explain, or present information to others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Patient and supportive approach when working with individuals at different experience levels.
• Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with online platforms and digital tools is advantageous.
• Experience in training, education, leadership, coaching, onboarding, or team development is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions.
