Job summary

Gracegetawaystravelllc is seeking a Journey Experience Specialist to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a fully remote team. You will organize training sessions, explain processes, and help teammates gain confidence in new skills and systems.

You will coordinate virtual trainings, maintain records, provide coaching and feedback, and help identify areas for additional training. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and independence in a remote setting
