Grace & Getaways Travel LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a remote team. The role suits someone who enjoys teaching, clear communication, and organizing information to help colleagues build confidence with new skills and systems.

You will coordinate onboarding, deliver virtual training sessions, organize materials, and provide coaching and feedback to teammates, all while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable teaching, explaining, or presenting information to others.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Patient and supportive approach with varying experience levels.
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions.
• Help team members understand processes, tools, resources, and systems.
• Provide guidance and follow-up as individuals progress through training.
• Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and content.
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities.
• Answer questions and help direct team members to resources.
• Encourage participation in ongoing learning and professional development.
• Support individual skill development through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Identify areas where additional training or clarification may be helpful.
• Maintain organized records related to training and development activities.
