Syneos Health is seeking a Training Manager, Field Access & Reimbursement, to design and deliver training programs for Field Access Manager teams and related commercial functions. This role partners with client stakeholders to identify practical, compliant, field-focused training needs that enhance access, reimbursement capabilities, product knowledge, and field execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical training or related healthcare environments.
• Experience supporting Field Access Manager or market access roles.
• Strong facilitation of virtual and instructor-led training programs.
• Proven ability to develop and implement curricula and learning solutions.
• General clinical/healthcare knowledge across therapeutic areas.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support training strategies aligned to client objectives and field needs.
• Review and enhance training for Field Access Manager teams and related functions.
• Ensure programs are practical, compliant, and aligned to access priorities.
• Evaluate workshops and materials; recommend improvements based on feedback.
• Coordinate NSMs, POA, and District Meetings; partner with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate engaging virtual, live, and hybrid training programs.
