Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as the reimbursement subject‑matter expert. This remote/field role educates accounts on access, reimbursement, and coverage to facilitate patient access.

You’ll coordinate with hubs, field teams and stakeholders to resolve payer issues and support hub enrollment. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years in a related field) and 3+ years in reimbursement with strong communication and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years professional sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing or military experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena.
• Hub enrollment and patient access knowledge is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze access and reimbursement issues and provide education to HCP offices.
• Educate field teams on approved access and reimbursement directions.
• Coordinate on access issues with hubs and third parties.
• Provide information on payer coverage and hub programs.
• Attend national and regional meetings to represent access strategies.
