Syneos Health is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the reimbursement subject-matter expert for our client’s products. This remote/field-based role delivers education to accounts within a territory and collaborates with Field Sales, Market Access, and hub teams to facilitate patient access.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in sales or healthcare, at least three years in reimbursement or managed care, and willingness to travel locally and nationally.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in sales, healthcare, scientific, marketing, or military experience.
• Minimum three years in public or private reimbursement, managed care, or clinical support.
• Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension experience preferred.
• Experience with hubs and payer coverage issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues for products.
• Provide reimbursement education to HCP offices.
• Educate field teams on access/reimbursement upon direction.
• Coordinate with hubs on patient cases and access issues.
• Provide education on Specialty Pharmacy issues for payer products.
• Explain coverage under commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid designs.
• Answer questions on coverage and ICD-10 codes.
• Educate on payer resources and hub programs.
• Attend National and Regional Meetings.
